Obsessed with Everything Food: A Living Magazine is a 30 minute fast paced culinary adventure. This television show features Chef Bryan Voltaggio your addicted-to-food, accomplished, epicurean host who takes you on his quest to discover everything food.
Bryan, a Maryland native, has appeared on Bravo's Top Chef and is part owner of Volt, a three star fine dining establishment in Frederick, MD. With dynamic energy he'll uncover the inside world of food and share his discoveries with us.
This "living magazine" allows the viewer to visually flip through a food magazine - featured articles and columns come alive with segments like Secrets of a Chef, The Drink Examiner, Behind the Kitchen Door, Product Professor, and Around the World in 80 Recipes.
Each episode will take the viewer to a different part of the country showcasing Bryan's cooking demonstrations and four segments. Salt Lick's juicy rib recipe in Austin, Texas, Bryan cooking at VOLT, an alligator farm in New Orleans, and a behind the scenes tour of Vision Cellars Winery in California are just a few stops along the way.
